<br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-29 <br />RESOLUTION RBCEIVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR MUNICIPAL WATER <br />fACILITIES. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adapted August 26, <br />1987, a report has been prepared by Maier, Stewart and <br />As.ociates, Inc. with reference to the improvement to install a <br />municipal water system, including deep well, elevated storage <br />tank, chemical addition equipment, distribution lines and other <br />appurtenances, for direct use by the L'Allier Estates II and <br />proposed Centerville Heishts developments north of Main Street <br />and South of Peltier Lake Drive, and this report was received by <br />the Council on September 10, 1981, <br /> <br />NOW TRiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY or <br />CINTERVILLI, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the oost ot the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />coat of the improvement of $415,936.00 <br /> <br />.dopted by this Council this 10th day of September, 1987. <br /> <br />/_. <br />--/' /? <br />~/~. <br />!avor <br /> <br />L' · <br />a..~~ <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />( <br /> <br />'" <br />
