<br />.,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />c. <br />'- <br /> <br />RBSOLUTION VACATING PART or DRAINAGE EASEMENT g7- "1'1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Centerville has determined to vacate <br />the East 40 feet of a 60 foot drainage easement lying over Outlot <br />A within the plat of Peltier Lake Hills Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property involved is "Lot <br />1, Block 3 and Outlot A all in Peltier Lake Hills AddLtioni <br />subject to easement of REC"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held December 9, 1987 before the <br />City Council in the City Hall after due notice and all persons <br />interested were 8iven an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the <br />City to vacate part of such drainage easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such part of the drainage <br />easement described aSc,follows is hereby vacated: <br />The East 40 feet of a 60 foot drainage easement lying over <br />Outlot A, Peltier Lake Hills Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. . <br /> <br />Adapted by the Council this 9th day of December, 19W:. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~r2 :Z'~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTiST: <br /> <br />~~~1~-~ <br />Clerk <br />
