<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met <br />on Wednesday, September 24, 1986 in the City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the $40,000.00 <br />G.O.
