<br /> <br />STATE~F MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING CABLE COMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE <br />AMENOMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />wHEREAS, Group W Cable of the North Central Suburbs, <br />Inc. (hereinafter "Group W"), a Minnesota Corporation, is <br />constructing a cable communications system in the City pur- <br />suant to City Ordinance No. 41 ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Central Suburban Cable Communications <br />Commission has recommended certain amendments to the Ordi- <br />nance and the execution of "Amended Agreement No.1" between <br />the City and Group W; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council finds that the adopting and <br />approval of the recommended amendments and Amendment Agree- <br />ment No. 1 are in the best interests of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO, by the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville: <br /> <br />1. That Amendment Agreement No. 1 is adopted by City <br />as delineated in Attachment A to this resolution. <br /> <br />2. That the Cable Communications Ordinance No. 41 , <br />is hereby amended at Article VI, Section 4.C.(2); Exhibit A; <br />and Article III, Section 6 and 7 as delineated in Attach- <br />ments I, II, and III respectively to Amendment Agreement No. <br />1. <br /> <br />3. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized <br />and directed to execute Amendment Agreement No. 1 for and on <br />behalf of the City and to deliver it to Group W for execu- <br />tion. <br /> <br />4. That the attached ordinance summary related to the <br />ordinance amendments adopted pursuant to paragraph No.2, <br />hereof, is a fair and accurate summary of said ordinance <br />amendments and is hereby authorized for publication. <br />
