<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTBRVILU <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF WESTVIEW STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of property abutting on <br />that portion of Westview Street north of Lot 6, Block 3, <br />Centerville and north of Clearwater Road (as vacated), have <br />requested the City Council in a petition dated July 10, 1984, to <br />vacate such street according to law, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on AYgust 22 I 1984, <br />before the City Council in the City Hall on such petition after <br />due pub.lished .and posted notice had been given by the clerk on <br />AUQ:ust. 2'., 1984, and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard, and <br />~REAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of <br />the City of Centerville to approve such petition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby <br />granted and that portion of Westview Street north of Lot 6, Block <br />3, Centerville and north of Clearwater Road (as vacated) is <br />\ <br />. hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the City Council the 10 day of October <br />1984. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~.
