<br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR THE CREATION OF A TRI-CITY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 14, 1984, the Fire Study Committee met <br />with elected officials from Centerville, Circle <br />Pines and Lino Lakes to discuss the future of the <br />Fire District, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one purpose of the meeting was to receive input <br />concerning the draft joint powers agreement and <br />the future direction of such. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, thata <br /> <br />1. The Centerville City Council hereby supports <br />and wholeheartedly endorses the concept and <br />creation of a Fire District between the Cities <br />of Centerville, Circle Pines and Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />2.
