<br />I, <br />I: <br /> <br />I <br />II <br />i! <br /> <br />:i <br />I: <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />U <br /> <br />I <br />\ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ELBC TING 10 BE GOVERNED BY !IHE PROVISIOtfS OP <br />CHAP'lER 564 OF !IHE LAWS OF 1982 RELATING 10 1HE CER!IPI- <br />CATION OF1'RANSFERS OF CERTAIN UNPLAT'lED PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS ,Chapter ,564 of the Laws of 1982 adopted by. the <br />Minnesota State Legislature provides for the certification <br />by a municipality prior to the transfer by the Count,y <br />Audi tor of certain unplatted properties wi thin the <br />municipali t,y J and, . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Act provides a procedure by which the County <br />and participating municipalities can prohibit the filing <br />of il~egal lot splits with the County. and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Subdivision J of said Chapter ,564 provides that <br />a municipality may elect to be governed by said Chapter <br />564 by filing with the County Auditor a certifi&d copy <br />ofa resolution of the governing body evidencing such <br />decision. and, . <br /> <br />WHEREAS ,'the Ci t,y Council of the City of Centerville <br />deems it in the best interests of the City that the <br />City elect to be governed by said provisions. <br /> <br />NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci t,y Council of <br />the City of Centerville that it hereby elects to be <br />governed by the provisions of Chapter 564 of the Laws <br />of 1982. <br /> <br />BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this <br />resolution be filed with the County Auditor for Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Centerville C1 ty Council this 14th day . <br />of July, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />',.....-.-.:.., <br /> <br />. <.....J <br /> <br />,. . _'" ...
