It is hereby determined to issue general obligation bonds <br />for the purpose of providing money for a new municipal building. <br /> <br />2. The amount proposed to be borrowed shall not exceed $110,000. <br /> <br />). The proposal to issue such bonds shall besubml tted to the <br />voters of the city at a special elsction to be held on Tuesday, <br />November 2, 1982. Polling place and judges shall be the same <br />as the last general election. The polls shall be opened at <br />7100 AM and shall close at 8100 PM. <br /> <br />4. The city clerk Shall give notice of election as required <br />by law by two week's published notice in the official news- <br />paper and posting in three public places in the city at least <br />ten days prior to the election. <br /> <br />S.
