<br />/ <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council <br />1981. <br /> <br />this 9th day of September. <br /> <br />~ LuLd <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Centerville met <br />on Wednesday, the 9th day of September, 1981, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville ordered feasibility <br />report on street restoration project, which was <br />presented to City Council on January 25. 2978, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has been completed according to <br />plans and specifications of the City Engineer. but the <br />need for Change Order #3 is necessary and hereby added <br />to the project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLV.t!:D that Change Order #3 <br />is hereby added to Street Restoration Project and <br />will be completed by September 9, 1981 at a cost <br />of $4,637.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />'-- <br />
