<br />/ <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT AND COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT CREATING THE NORTH CENTRAL SUBURBAN <br />CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION AND APPOINTING <br />DIRECTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville is the <br />official governing body of the City of Centerville empowered <br />to provide for the public health, safety, and welfare of <br />its citizens; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has participated in the <br />preparation of this Joint and Cooperative Agreement creating <br />the North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission; . <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council did on this date of <br />July 8, 1981, give due consideration to said Joint and <br />Cooperative Agreement and considers its approval as best <br />serving the public interest of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW, ~REFOR~, B~ IT R~SOLV~D by the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville that: <br /> <br />1. The Joint and Cooperative Agreement creating the <br />North Central Suburban Cable Communications <br />Commission is approved and the Mayor and Clerk <br />are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement. <br /> <br />2. The City of Centerville does hereby appoint Theodore <br />Gonsior and Lu Prachar as Directors representing the <br />City of Centerville on the North Central Suburban <br />Cable Communications Commission and does hereby <br />appoint Mary Lou Wilharber and Debbie Gonsior <br />as Alternate Directors respectively to said <br />appointed Directors. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Centerville this <br />8th day of July, 1981. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />J~ 9 L~J <br /> <br />L <br />
