They are for 7251 <br />Mill Road and 7232 Mill Road. We would presume to include this in the contract with <br />Forest Lake Contracting. The contractor has provided unit prices which have been agreed <br />to by both property owners. The property owners have agreed to pay all of these costs <br />through special assessment in the same manner as others that were previously a part of <br />the project. Sufficient funds remain in the construction fund to cover these costs. I <br />recommend that the Council approve the additional work and assessment agreements. <br />Dallas Larson, Administrator <br />11 <br />
