We must then submit
the bids to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) ofixice for their authorization to award the
contract. Finally, the County Board may consider award of the contract at their July 27 meeting.
The City Council could review bids at its meeting on July 14 and if bids look acceptable, request that
Anoka County award bids upon receipt of approval by EEO.
