Motion by Savela, second by <br />L'Allier to table matter until next meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Burque to pay the bills, motion <br />carried. Listing of disbursements is attached to and made <br />a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Clerk read letter of resignation from Mayor Walter Prachar <br />effective immediately. Motion by L'Allier, second by <br />Savela to accept resignation, motion carried.
