<br />'-- <br /> <br />December 3. 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Centerville he;Ld a public hearing on the <br />proposed FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE for the City of <br />Centerville. Mayor Prachar called the hearing to order <br />at 7100 pm. Present. Burque, L'Allier, Laska and Savela. <br /> <br />Clerk read the notice of public hearing published in the <br />official paper. The Flood Plain Management Ordinance <br />was discussed in full. Floyd Laska made a motion to adopt <br />ORDI~ANCE #33 FLOOD PLAIN MANAG~NT ORDINANC~, Fran Burque <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was introduced. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, SECTION 10.0 <br />ADMINISTRATION requires the City to designate a Zoning <br />Administrator for the City of Centerville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SECTION 10.0 AIMINISTRATION also requires a Board <br />of Adjustment to be appointed <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT .
