Parties are responsible for keeping traffic off <br />of LaValle Drive, if activity held at Twin Lakes <br />Ballfield. <br /> <br />2. The area should be policed during activity. ' <br /> <br />J. The area should be cleaned of debris, cans. <br />and bottles when activity is finished. <br /> <br />4. The number of hours for the selling of '.2 <br />Beer must be approved by City Council. <br /> <br />5. Application for permit to sell ,.2 Beer must <br />be approved by City Council at a cost of $5.00. <br /> <br />6.
