<br />an OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />169~ Sor.1 Str..t, C.nt.rvlll., Mlnn..ota 5503. 429.3232 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #1-78 <br /> <br />F.ESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR iHE STREET RES'roRATION <br />PROJECT #1-78. <br /> <br />I \....-/ <br /> <br />~~EREAS, the City Council has previously directed the <br />Engineer to furnish a report as to whether or not a <br />Eltreet restoration project is feasible and report as <br />~;o the estimated cost of such improvement, and <br /> <br />V~EREAS, the City Council is now in recei~t of a report <br />from its Engineer declaring that Project #1-78 is feasible <br />c'.nd that the estimated cost is $246,616.00. <br /> <br />UOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />(If. the City of Centerville, shall meet at the Centerville <br />~;chool Building in the City of Centerville on Monday, <br />J.pril 17, 1978 at 7100 pm for the purpose of holding a <br />public hearing upon the proposed street restoration Project <br />i~1-78 and subsequent public hearing will be held at the <br />City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 1978 at the <br />City Council chambers at 7100 pm.
