( ,I t \ I U RESOLU'l'ION #7 CI TY OF CENTERVILLE '-- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on Wednesday, February 22, 1978 at 7.00 PM in the City Hall, and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Highway Basement received from the County of Anoka on February 6, 1978 described as follows. That part of Government Lots 3, 5 and 6 all in Section 15, Township )1, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying between the following described line and a line drawn parallel thereto and 60 feet North- westerly as measured at right angles thereto. Beginning at a ~int on the South line of said Government Lot 6, distant 389.70 feet .( along sai,d South line) easterly of the Southwest corner of said Section 15; thence Northeasterly to a point on the West line of said Government Lot 5, distant 715 feet (along said West line) southerly of the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 5. thence northeasterly to a point distant 550 feet southerly and 321 feet easterly of said Northwest corner of Government Lot 5, measured parallel with the West and North lines respectively of said Govern- ment Lot 5; thence North 79 degrees 0) feet 22 inches East a dis- tance of 895.9~ feet. thence on a tangential curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 98.)8 feet, a central angle of 83 degrees 41 feet 42 inches and an arc length of 143.71 feet; thence North 4 degrees 38 feet 20 inches West a distance of 10.84 feet; thence on a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 44.6) feet, a central angle of 75 degrees 21 feet 50 inches and an arc length of 58.71 feet to a point on the East line of said Government Lot 5, distant 2)3.17 feet (along said East line) southerly of the Northeast corner of said Government Lot 5; thence North 70 degrees 4) feet )0 inches East to the westerly right of way line of C.S.A.H. No. 14 and there terminating. FOR PURPOSES of this description, said East line of Government Lot 5' is assumed to bear North 0 degrees 21 feet 37 inches West.
