<br />( <br /> <br />t............J1 <br />LJ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />l_L__ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #5 <br />CITY OF CEN~RVILLB <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTI OF ANOKA <br /> <br />SANITARY SEWER PERMIT PEES, BILLING AND COLLECTION <br />PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Applicants applying for hookup permit to the City <br />Sanitary Sewer shall pay a $25.00 permit fee in <br />accordance with City of Centerville Ordinance #JO, <br />Section 6-A, subparagraph 3a along with the SAC <br />charge applicable to Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission regulations, described in Ordinance <br />#30, Section 6-F. <br /> <br />Allbillings will be dated the first day of each <br />calendar quarter (January 1, April I, July I, <br />October 1). Prior to the tenth (lOth) day of the <br />billing month, the City will prepare and mail to <br />the sanitary sewer customers a billing to include <br />all known charges due the City as of the last day <br />of the quarter preceeding the billing date. The <br />quarterly fee will be $18.00, or as otherwise <br />stated in Ordinance #30, Section 14, or as amended <br />by ordinance or resolution. A~ charges due as.of <br />the billing date of .less than $5.00 will not be . <br />billed at that time, but will be added to the next <br />succeeding quarter's charges, except for final <br />billings. <br /> <br />If' all charges billed have not been paid by the <br />25th day of the month of billing, a penalty of <br />ten percent (10~) shall be added to that part <br />unpaid.
