<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />( <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville contracted with C. W. <br />Houle Landscaping to install a sanitary sewer system <br />in the City of Centerville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during the installation of such system, three <br />concrete monuments were damaged on the St. Paul Water <br />Department property behind LaMotte Drive in the City <br />of Centerville. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Paul Water <br />Depar~ent is hereby authorized to replace the three <br />monuments and the City of Centerville will be liable <br />for the cost of monuments in the amount of $300. <br /> <br />L..- <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />'---' <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,~.. <br />
