<br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that C. W. Houle Landscaping
<br />Company, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot
<br />the City ot Centerville~
<br />
<br />1. The bid ot C. W. Houle Landscaping Company, Inc.,
<br />in the sum of $676,61).15 is hereby accepted and the Mayor
<br />and the City Clerk are directed to execute contracts pro-
<br />viding for the performance of the work.
<br />
<br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
<br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their
<br />bid, except that the deposit of the successful bidder shall
<br />be retained until a contract has been signed.
<br />
<br />Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of October,
<br />1976.
