Mayor PRachar <br />called the meeting to order at 8s00 pm. Present were Burque, <br />L'Allier, Peterson and Murray. <br /> <br />Laurel Kuchinski appeared before council requesting~that <br />Ordinance 15, Section 6, paragraph 10 be waived in the matter of <br />the east 25' of the following legal descriptions <br /> <br />Commencing at ~ point of the North line of Lot 11, Revised <br />Auditor's Subdivision #48, said point JOO' west of the North- <br />east corner thereof south and parallel with the west line of <br />Lots 11 and 12, Revised Auditor's Subdivision #48, to the <br />south line of LOT 12, Revised Auditor's Subdivision #48, <br />thence west on the south line of said Lot 12, thence north on <br />the west line of said Lots 12 and 11 to the northwest corner <br />of Lot 11, thence east on the north line of said Lot 11' to <br />the point of commencement. <br />John Peterson made a motion to waive Ordinance #15, Section 6, <br />paragraph 10, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. . <br />Laurel also requested 2 posts and chain put across 25' easement <br />next to their house. Clerk was requested to call Satellite Inc. <br />to have satellite installed for summer months for little league. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was reads <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby" resolve <br />to turn the $788 due Centerville back to Anoka Co for services <br />rendered. <br /> <br />".--- <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST~~aduVl/ <br /> <br />LU ~HAR, CLERK- TREASURER <br /> <br />John Peterson made a motion to adopt resolution, Fran Burque <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Norm Fritchie reported on the fire department request for <br />1975 equipment purchases. The dollar amount would be approximately <br />$1860 for all items considered. John Peterson made a motion to <br />appropriate $900 for such items, Leon L'A11ier seconded it, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Clerk had received bid from Johnson Dustcoating to oil city <br />streets in the amount of $1125. . This would cover a 20' strip on <br />7000 running feet of street which 4500 gallons at 256 would amount <br />to $1125.
