City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 26, 2010 <br />Council Member Love stated he would like the approval contingent upon receipt of St. <br />Genevieve’s new liquor liability insurance policy. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to authorize the Church of St. Genevieve Request for Temporary Charitable <br />Gambling Permit and On-Sale Liquor License for their Annual Parish Festival. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Res. #10-012 - Approve Plans & Authorize Bids for Water Service Line Project <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Res. #10-012 to Approve Plans and Authorize Bids for Water Service Line Project. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Consultant Agreement for Engineering Services with Bonestroo <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information. <br /> <br />Councilmember Paar stated he appreciates all of Staff’s hard work which was put into <br />this agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Love to approve Consultant Agreement for Engineering Services with Bonestroo. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />6. Consider Agreement with Metropolitan Council Consent to Allow Encroachment <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the background information stating this is the <br />agreement that would allow parts of the trail project to constructed on Metropolitan <br />Council sanitary sewer easements. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to approve Agreement with Metropolitan Council Consent to Allow Encroachment. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />7. Call for Bids and Authorize Engineering Services for Seal Coat Project <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the background information. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Paar to authorize Staff to call for Bids and Authorize Engineering Services for Seal <br />Coat Project.
