City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> May 26, 2010 <br /> At 7:29 p.m., Mayor Capra recessed the Regular Meeting to Closed Executive Session to <br /> discuss with the City attorney, the pending litigation regarding delinquent special <br /> assessments Royal Oaks Realty. <br /> Present for the closed session were Mayor Mary Capra, Council Members Linda <br /> Broussard Vickers, Jeff Paar and D. Love. Also present were City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> and Administrator Larson. <br /> City Attorney Glaser reviewed the status of the litigation and a proposed settlement that <br /> was offered by Royal Oaks Realty. The Council discussed options and provided <br /> guidance to attorney Glaser on what might make for an acceptable settlement. Glaser will <br /> report back when he has something further to consider. <br /> The meeting was opened to the public at 8:06 p.m. <br /> XI. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Paar, seconded by Love to adjourn the May 26, 2010 City Council <br /> Meeting at 8:07 p.m. All in favor.
