CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville, Minnesota will be meeting and consider resident input regarding proposed <br /> City Code modifications to Chapter 156 - addition of a new Section 156.021, Table 1, <br /> Exhibit A & modification of Section 156.030 on August 3, 2010 in City Hall Council <br /> Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038 commencing at <br /> 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. A listing of the addition of Section 156.021 and <br /> modifications are outlined below: <br /> ADDING LANGUAGE: Establishes a new R -3 High Density Multi- family Residential <br /> zoning district that permits multi - family and single family developments that attain a <br /> minimum density of 12 units per acre of land. Table 1, Exhibit A outlines lot <br /> requirements for the R -3 district. Section 156.303, allows certain industrial uses as <br /> interim uses in the B -1 Commercial District. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., July 31, 2010. All persons <br /> interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. You may call City <br /> Hall at (651) 429 -3232 if you have any questions or wish to obtain a copy of the <br /> complete text of this Chapter.
