All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />Captain Ron Nelson, Centennial Lakes Police Department — Presentation of 2009 <br />Annual Department Report <br />Captain Ron Nelson presented the 2009 Annual Department Report and gave a <br />comprehensive overview of the activities performed by the police department. He <br />highlighted the alcohol and tobacco compliance checks that were performed in <br />Centerville and indicated the department will continue to work with the businesses for all <br />business to be compliant in this process. He added Night to Unite was held last August <br />and is a great opportunity for officers to go out into the community. This year's Night to <br />Unite is August 3, 2010. <br />VII.
