Parks & Recreation Committee Request to Expend Funds to Provide "Movie in <br /> the Park Night" Event — September 18, 2010 — Not to Exceed $400. <br /> 8. Request to use Acorn Creek Park for Centennial Youth Football- Permission to <br /> Strip Field <br /> Councilmember Broussard Vickers requested item 6 be removed from the consent <br /> agenda. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to <br /> approve the Consent Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> 6. Approve Energy Improvements - Lighting Fixtures at City Hall <br /> City Administrator Larson stated Xcel Energy conducted an energy efficiency audit and <br /> indicated the light fixtures within City Hall are not efficient and that changing the lights <br /> would save the City money over time. <br /> Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br /> Fehrenbacher to approve Enern Improvements- Lighting Fixtures at City Hall All <br /> in favor.
