City of Centen�ille <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 11, 2010 <br />Councilmember Love stated he agreed with Councilmember Broussard Vickers, that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission should look at changing the ordinance, and the <br />Council re- address the issue after their recommendation. <br />The direction of the City Council was to ask the Planning & Zoning Commission to <br />review the current ordinance regarding sod for new construction and also directed staff to <br />continue the violation. <br />4. Resolution #10 -019 — Authorizine_ Closina_ Fund #346 (Hunters Crossina II) into <br />Fund #100 (General) <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information. <br />Motion by Acting Mavor Paar. seconded by Council Member Love to adopt <br />Resolution #10 -019 Authorizing Closina Fund #346 (Hunters Crossing H) into Fund <br />#100 (General). All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br />Citv Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Administrator Larson gave an update on the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Acting Mayor Paar announced the final night of Music in the Park is August 24' at <br />Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park to make up the evening that was canceled due to the <br />weather. <br />Acting Mayor Paar suggested that residents be provided with direction regarding sump <br />pump installation for homeowners. <br />Acting Mayor Paar announced that Night to Unite went very well and thanked all the <br />residents that held gatherings. He also thanked the volunteers who had assisted with F6te <br />des Lacs and for making it a huge success. <br />Acting Mayor Paar provided a brief update on the Centennial Fire Department. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to <br />adiourn the August It, 2010 Citv Council Meeting at 8:24 a.m. All in favor.
