City of Centerville <br /> Res. #10 -019 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSING FUND <br /> WHEREAS, a certain debt service fund was established to account for revenue and <br /> expenses related to debt service requirement for Hunters Crossing II, Improvement <br /> Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, all bonds and interest obligations have been paid and such fund is no longer <br /> needed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> The Council hereby authorizes closing of the following debt service fund and that <br /> any balances be transferred to the General Fund. <br /> Fund #346 - (Hunters Crossing II) cash balance of $12,011.84 plus special <br /> assessments receivable of approximately $60,000.00 shall be closed into Fund <br /> #100, General Fund. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 1 l th day of August, 2010. <br /> �.� ' ' <br /> MairCapra, Mayor <br /> <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
