The DWI forfeitures <br />should be placed in a separate fund to be allocated for DWI enforcement and other <br />consistent expenses. The drug and federal forfeitures can be placed in the general <br />operating fund to be used for law enforcement purposes. <br />The capital purchases are proposed to be paid through transfer from the contingency <br />fund. <br />The amount projected for special event reimbursement was reduced to reflect the <br />Eaglebrook detail mentioned above. <br />The overall city contributions are reduced in this proposal by $15,248. The formula in <br />place allocates that reduction as follows: <br />Circle Pines ($1,595) <br />Centerville ($31,855) <br />Lexington $18,202 <br />Total ($15,248) <br />
