City of Centerville <br />Res. #10 -0 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENTS & <br />RECORDING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SAME <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City of Centerville enter into encroachment <br />agreements with owners of the following residential properties: <br />1885 Prairie Drive, Lot 6, Block 2, Centerville Heights — Fence <br />1937 Eagle Trail, Lot 9, Block 2, CenterVilla — Shed <br />7111 Brian Drive, Lot 9, Block 1, Hardwood Pond Estates — Retaining Wall <br />7335 Deer Pass Drive, Lot 8, Block 1, Deer Pass — Patio & Deck <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Approves the above stated encroachment agreements and the payment of <br />associated with recording. <br />2.
