City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 25, 2010 <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded bl Council Member <br />Broussard Vickers to approve the August 11, 2010 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion carried( 4 -0 -11 -(Mayor Capra abstained.) <br />V. Centennial Fire Department Claims through August 17, 2010 (Check #427- <br />4446) <br />3. Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through August 12, 2010 (Check <br />#77953-7992)(Ck#7987 Replaced Voided Ck#7953) <br />4. ABDO, EICK & MEYERS, LLP Engagement for Auditing Services for 2010- <br />2012 ($25,000, 25,000 & $26,000 respectfully) <br />5. ABDO, EICK & MEYERS, LLP Confirmation of City's Intent to Utilize their <br />Services for the 2010 Audit - $25,004 <br />6. Authorize Soil Boring for Downtown Storm Water Reclamation Project <br />Councilmember Paar asked to have item #5 removed from the Consent Agenda, <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher to approve the Consent Agenda items #14 and 6. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />5. ABDO, EICK & MEYERS, LLP Confirmation of 's Intent to Utilize their <br />Services for the 2010 Audit - $25,000 <br />Councilmember Paar stated the audit cost was reduced and asked if was this was a fair <br />cost. Finance Director Jeziorski stated staff surveyed other cities and after the responses <br />were received, he was confident this was a fair cost for the audit. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded bX Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the Consent Agenda item #5. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />None. <br />VII.
