City of Centervile <br />Res. ##10-0 1-4 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPAYMENT OF BONDS <br />WHEREAS, a certain debt service fund #312 was established to account for revenue and <br />expenses related to improvements of 2004, and <br />"'WHEREAS, certain bonds were issued on June 22, 2004, to finance such improvements, <br />and such bonds provided the ability to make early call and redemption of bonds maturing <br />on or after February 1, 2012, at any time after February 1, 2011, and <br />WHEREAS, assessments have been paid and adequate balance has accumulated <br />permitting early redemption of a portion of the bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVER BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br />1. The Council hereby authorizes call and early redemption of bonds <br />issued June 22, 2004, specifically the bond maturities of 2019 through <br />2020 (cusips 152222 -HH -1 and 152222 -HJ -7) in the amount of $380,000 to <br />be redeemed on February 1, 2011. <br />2. The Mayor and .administrator are authorized to execute any and all <br />documents necessary to accomplish the early call notice and <br />prepayment. <br />3. Notice shall be given to the paying agent as required in the bond <br />covenants, of the City's intention to make such early redemption. <br />Adopted by the City Council this,- ay of September, 2010. <br /> , <br />Mary Capra, maybr <br />�.
