City Code Chapter 153, Section 153.44, J is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> (J) Sodding. The developer must sod the front yard, boulevard and side yards <br /> to the rear of the structure on every lot -the balance of the lot shall be seeded. The <br /> required sodding and seeding shall be placed prior to occupancy. An escrow deposit <br /> shall submitted to the city in a dollar amount sufficient to guarantee the required <br /> soddn . H dro- seedin ma be substituted for sod sub'ect to: 1 Formatted: Highlight <br /> erosion control as anvroved <br /> by the Building Official shall be placed at the roe lines 2 -- Formatted: Highlight <br /> An automated in- ground irrigation system shall be in place, and 3) the site deposit shall <br /> be retained until the vegetation is fully established. This shall not prevent a developer <br /> from establishing lot covenants requiring sod, in which case this substitution shall not be <br /> allowed. <br /> Section 2 .
