71.21 -1 EXTERIOR STORAGE. The storage of goods, materials, <br /> equipment, manufactured products and similar items not <br /> fully enclosed by a building. <br /> 71.21 FAMILY - One or more persons occupying a premises and <br /> living as a single, non - profit housekeeping unit, as <br /> distinguished from a group occupying a hotel, club, <br /> fraternity or sorority house.
