<br /> AGRICULTURE - Those uses commonly associated with the growing of
<br /> produce on farms. These include: field crop
<br /> farming; pasture for hay; fruit growing; tree,
<br /> plant, shrub, or flower nursery without building;
<br /> truck gardening; roadside stand for sale in season
<br /> of products grown on premises; and livestock
<br /> raising and feeding, but not including fur farms,
<br /> commercial animal feed lots, and kennels.
<br /> ANIMAL CLINIC- A clinic operated by a licensed veterinarian
<br /> exclusively for the diagnosis, treatment,
<br /> correction, relief, or prevention of animal
<br /> disease, deformity, defect, injury, or other
<br /> physical or mental conditions; the performance of
<br /> obstetrical procedures for animals, including
<br /> determination of pregnancy and correction of
<br /> sterility or infertility; and the rendering of
<br /> advise or recommendations with regard to any of
<br /> the above.
<br /> ANIMAL KENNEL- Any premise where three (3) or more dogs, at any
<br /> one time, over six (6) months of age, are present
<br /> as owners$ pets, pets accepted for boarding,
<br /> breeding, training or sale, except when located in
<br /> a pet shop or veterinary clinic.
<br /> AUTO SALES, SERVICE AND REPAIR
<br /> General repair, rebuilding or reconditioning
<br /> engines, motor vehicles or trailers; collision
<br /> service, including body, frame or fender
<br /> straightening or repair; overall painting or paint
<br /> job, vehicle steam cleaning.
<br /> CHURCH - A building, together with its accessory buildings
<br /> and use; where persons regularly assemble for
<br /> religious worship and which building, together
<br /> with its accessory buildings and uses, is
<br /> maintained and controlled by a religious body
<br /> organized to sustain public worship.
