7, Voluntary and Knowing Action. The parties acknowledge that they have bad sufficient <br />opportunity to review their claims and this Agreement and Release with their attorneys, that <br />they have read and understand the teens of this Agreement and, Release, and that they have <br />voluntarily and knowingly entered into this Agreement and Release to resolve any and all <br />charges, claims, demands or causes of action which they now have or may have with respect <br />to the Released Parties. <br />Governing Law.
