Start Popcorn 1 hr before event, it took a long time to get popcorn <br /> made and bags filled. <br /> Drinks — Hot Chocolate (left over from annual Winter skate) was the biggest hit Lemonade also served �I <br /> Attendance <br /> Approx 45 people were counted at the event. A Majority of these were children <br /> Date and Time <br /> Sunset was at 7:30. We attempted to show the movie at 7 PM but it was not dark enough yet. The start <br /> was delayed until almost 7:30. This turned out to not be quite so bad, as a good amount of people i <br /> didn't show up until 7:15. I would suggest not attempting to start any future movies until sunset (unless <br /> a higher lumen projector and/or better screen are used). However, I would advertise an time which is <br /> 15 min before the movie start. <br /> The weather was great. Sept seems to be a good time to do this event. Temps were just cool enough to <br /> want to wrap up in blankets but still be plenty comfortable. <br /> Location <br /> The screen was setup between the pillars of the warming house. This worked out pretty well but the <br /> spaced would not be able to hold much more than the approx attendance of 45. The area where the <br /> skating rink sits was not a very good space to sit in. There was some recent rain and that space didn't <br /> drain very well. This location would work again but I would also consider finding other space. <br /> Screen <br /> The back of the vinyl billboard worked fine. However the surface wasn't very reflective.
