The City Council wish to afford an opporiunity for members of the public to address the City Council on
items not on the cunent agenda. Items requiring Council action maybe deferred to staff or Boards and
Comnnissions for research and futwe Council Agendas if appropriate. You will be limited to two (2)
minutes and we ask that you oondnct yowself in a professional, courteous mam�r, and refrain from the use
af pra�ty. Fai1�e to abide by this policy may res�lt in the loss of yow privilege to speak
Persons wishing to speak will be required to complete a sign-up sheet a�l give it to the mayor or a staff
person prior to the start of the mceting.
