For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. ANIMAL. Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, a person may keep honey bee colonies on any premises after first obtaining a license as provided in this subsection. No license shall be issued except in compliance with this section.
