e� MONTHLY ENGINEER'S REPORT
For the July 11, 2012 City Council Meeting
Italics = New information.
Normal = No change from last report.
1. TE Grant Trail Project (000616- 08165 -0). Final payment paperwork /s being processed with the
County.
We have submitted data related to wet /and impacts to the RCWD and are awaiting their comment It
appears that there will need to be some additional mitigation and we are exploring options to satisfy
this requirement.
2. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616 - 08167 -0). A successful demonstration
of the irrigation system was held in front of local officials from around the region, with lots of positive
feedback. The project has been closed and final payment was made to the contractor.
3. 2012 Surface Water Management Plan Update (193802237). A draft of the new Surface Water
Management Plan has been submitted to the Rice Creek Watershed District and the Met Council for
their formal review. We will respond to their comments when they are received.
4. Miscellaneous:
• The scope of the 2013 Street Project was discussed at the last budget meeting. When the next
budget workshop is held, we will present a proposed schedule and budget for the 2013 Street
Project as discussed.
• City Staff are scheduled to meet with Anoka County staff to discuss issues related to the design
and drainage of Centerville Road (CSAH 21) on July 11 `h.
