V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Centennial Lakes Little League – Request to Use Entire Facility at Laurie
LaMotte Memorial Park from April 1 through August 1, 2013 (Monday –
Friday, 4:00 p.m. – Dark) Submitted w/o application.
The Committee supports the use of these facilities by this group, but because they would
be using the majority of the fields, the Committee would like clarification as to the
dedicated use of the fields, their schedule in advance and the schedule being kept at the
Centerville City Offices during the season. The Committee realized a financial loss with
the concession stand due to the Little League vacating the fields mid-season.
The Committee desired for Staff to contact the Little League and request that a
representative appear before them at their February meeting.

Brief discussion took place.
Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Seeley
to donate the City’s annual one hour of ice time to the Centerville Elementary School. All
