Honorable Mayor and Council,
For the public record I would like to state my support of the proposed street and utility
improvements. Having been part of the 2004 city council that ordered the street condition inventory
and created the Pavement Improvement Plan it is nice to know the scheduled improvements are the
final needed repairs to complete that original plan from 2004. Council member Paar is the only council
member still serving from that original council and I appreciate the current council members supporting
the plan that was put in place by the 2004 council.

items not on the current agenda. Items requiring Council action maybe deferred to staff or Boards and
Commissions for research and future Council Agendas if appropriate. You will be limited to two (2)
minutes and we ask that you conduct yourself in a professional, courteous manner, and refrain from the use
of profanity. Failure to abide by this policy may result in the loss of your privilege to speak.
Persons wishing to speak will be required to complete a sign -up sheet and give it to the mayor or a staff
person prior to the start of the meeting.
