Water Fund $ 175,000 Per Mike's recommendation at budget workshop
Sewer Fund $ 175,000 $ 550,000 Per Mike's recommendation at budget workshop
Stormwater Fund $ 50,000

Uses: Benefits
Trail along east side of roadway. $ 53,254 1. Safer for users than biking or walking on roadway
2. Half paid by Metro Council, if trail an not sidewalk.
3. Anoka County paying for ROW acquisition
West Side Storm (42 inch and Larger) $ 264,344 1. Makes development of downtown possible without
stormwater BMP's for each parcel.
2. Land that would have been used for ponds and other
stormwater facilities can be used for development.
3. Anoka County pays for 25% of cost if done with roadway.
4. Storm system in place ahead of development proposal
East Side Storm Sewer (30 inch and larger) $ 62,947 1. Deep ditch will be elliminated on east side of the road
near Center Street.
2. Drainage from neighborhoods east of Centerville road will
be more stable if we don't have the silting concerns of a
ditch along Centerville Road.
3. Anoka County pays 25% of the installation cost.
Other Costs:
Curb and Gutter /Other Storm Sewer $ 115,488 1. 50% of curb and 25% of Storm by Anoka County,
Construction Engineering $ 41,619
Mobilization and Traffic Control $ 24,205
Total Project Costs $ 561,857
* ** Costs are based upon engineer's estimate and could change at bidding. Sources of funds have about $90,000 to cover added costs.
* * * * ** This schedule does not include any costs for installation of new, repaired or relocated sewer and water mains or hydrants.
Those costs would be paid from the appropriate enterprise fund.
