no rain-outs this summer.
Jam: This was held at the warming house and there was no stage. There was
discussion of possibly incorporating a talent show into this activity. The
committee would like to focus more towards the children of the community.
2
Street Dance: Mr. Lee stated he would like to coordinate the street dance in
2015.
Equipment: Mr. Lee stated that 6 additional 20' length XLR cords will be
needed for the 2015 event. Also discussed was the purchase of cases to store the

garage, not the warming house. Lights for the stage were rented at a cost of

decibel levels for this or other similar events.
Mr. King also made the suggestion that instead of spending $4,000.00 for the
fireworks each year that those funds are transferred to the P &R budget.
2. Movies in the Park—Brian Peterson
This activity is scheduled for 7:15pm on September 13, 2014 with a rain date of
September 20th. The movie selected is Frozen and it was discussed to have
karaoke for the attendees before the movie begins. Free popcorn will be werved.
The license fee to show this movie is $400.00. Committee Member Peterson has
