Special Council Meeting Minutes
September 13, 2014
City Council and Staff members assembled at 7:30 a.m. to perform interviews for City
Administrator position which began at 8:00 a.m.
“Interview” Roll Call:
Mayor Wilharber, Council Members King, Fehrenbacher, Love
(arrived @ approx. 1:00 p.m.) and Paar along with Centennial Lakes Police Chief Jim
Coan, Interim Fire Chief Pat Devaney, Lead Project Coordinator Greg Burmeister and
City Clerk Teresa Bender
Council Meeting called to order at 3:01 p.m.
Meeting Roll Call:
Mayor Wilharber, Council Members King, Fehrenbacher, Love
(arrived @ approx. 1:00 p.m.) and Paar along with Centennial Lakes Police Chief Jim
Coan, Interim Fire Chief Pat Devaney, Lead Project Coordinator Greg Burmeister and
City Clerk Teresa Bender.
Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to extend an
offer of employment as City Administrator to Mr. Mike Ericson. All in favor.
Motion carried.
Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to
extend an offer of employment as City Administrator to Chris Eng in the event that
Mr. Ericson does not accept the position. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to adjourn
the scheduled meeting of September 13, 2014 at 3:45 p.m. All in favor. Motion
carried.
