the current agenda. Items requiring Council action may be deferred to Staff or Boards and Commissions for research
and future Council Agendas if appropriate. You will be limited to two (2) minutes and we ask that you conduct
yourself in a professional, courteous manner and refrain from the use of profanity. Failure to abide by this policy
may result in the loss of your privilege to speak. Persons wishing to speak will be required to complete a sign-up
sheet and give it to the Mayor or a Staff person prior to 6:15 p.m.

GARBAGE AND NUISANCE/CITY ABATEMENT SERVICES
(3rd 4th QUARTERS OF 2014 & 1St THROUGH 3rd BILLING CYCLES OF 2015-
UTILITIES & GARBAGE) & NUISANCE/CITY ABATEMENT THROUGH
OCTOBER, 2015. SUCH AMOUNTS WILL BE ASSESSED TO PARCEL
IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS THROUGH COUNTY PROPERTY TAX

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA:
1. Such assessment is made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall
constitute an assessment against the lands named therein and the
corresponding amounts will be levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable over a period of one (1) year, the first of
the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January
2016, and bear a late payment fee of 10% interest and a certification fee of
$50.
3. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment
to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the
County. Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of November, 2015.
