Box 441 Hugo, MN 55038 Dear Mr. Larson: As you are aware for the past several years, the Centerville Parks and Recreation Committee has requested funding and your organization's past generosity has been extremely appreciated by both the community and the Committee. In years past, your donations have been instrumental in assisting the City in providing amenities that were out of the City's budgetary reach. (Sand Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, etc.) So again, we look to you to assist in obtaining funding for a sledding hill to be constructed at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. It is anticipated that the cost to construct the hill will be in excess of $8,500 with signage, turf establishment and additional associated costs. The Parks & Recreation Committee is requesting a donation of$5,000 to assist us in funding this project with the Committee's reserve funds being applied to the remainder of the costs. Again, thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, c Michael A. Ericson City Administrator Cc: Parks & Recreation Committee at.
