NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota will
hold a public hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Lino
Lakes City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, to consider the following:
The vacation of the drainage and utility easements on Outlot A as dedicated on the plat of
NORTHPOINTE 3RD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
The vacation of the drainage and utility easements on Outlot C as dedicated on the plat of
NORTHPOINTE 4TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
