PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular
meeting on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher
Commissioner Linda Broussard Vickers
Commissioner Kim Ganzel
Commissioner Jon Grahek
Commissioner Nick Twohy
Commissioner Mark Haden
ABSENT: Commission Pete Johnson
STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson
OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member Russ Koski
L CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Mosher.

Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Chair Mosher Approve the
Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried.

Chair Mosher stated that the minutes were not available.

VI. OLD BUSINESSS
1. City of Centerville 2040 Comprehensive Plan, Brian Bourassa, WSB & Assoc.
Mr. Eric Maass, Planner, provided the Commission with a slideshow of the work that has been
completed to date. He stated that he and Brian attended Fete des Lacs and obtained input from
residents which was included in the presentation. He stated that they would be presenting an
update to Council shortly.
The Commission was eager to commence the process.
2. Fete des Lacs
Administrator Ericson provided the Commission with a recap of the Festival.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
1. None.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Adiourn
the Regularly Scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting at 7:48 p.m. All in favor.
Motion carried.
