Dear Mark:
Each year Metro Cities hosts an Annual Meeting where city staff and officials have an
opportunity to connect with peers ftom other metropolitan area cities,hefrom notable
speakers, and elect members and officers to the Board of Directors. This year's Annual Meeting
will be held on Thursday, April l9al at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory (a new location
from previous years), beginning at 5:30 pro. Brenda"B"Kyle of the St. Paul Area Chamber of
Commerce and Jonathan Weinhagen of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber will share their
thoughts on the metropolitan business community and their visions for their organizations' work,

have included a copy to post for city staff, as well as copies for your elected officials.Please note
there is no cost to attend; we simply request that you RSVP by April 6th.
